We took our dog to get his ear checked and finish out his shots from the ""puppy package"" we had already purchased. While they mentioned the puppy package several times and that we would finish it up they did not mention it had ""expired"" until we got the bill. Basically they charged us twice because apparently you have 4 months to finish getting the shots or they just take your money. If we had been told at any point during the visit that we would be charged again for the shots which we already purchased for then we would have waited. Instead they just acted like ok you bought the puppy package so we will finish that up. This is just shady and bad business. The vet was good but I will never be going back as this was deceptive and just wrong (while I understand they could technically charge us , they didn't have to ""double charge us"" and could have done the right thing). We promptly cancelled the appointment for our other dog and will not be going back.
