I found Animal Health Services by doing a google search, visited their website, and felt like it would be a great place to take our two new puppies. One of my pups permanent teeth were coming in but the baby teeth had not fallen out yet. So I took him in and we decided that he would have them pulled out the following week. I dropped him off on the day of this surgery and was told he would be ready around 4 that day. I called twice during the day to check on him. Both times I was told that everything was fine. When I showed up to pick up my dog, the vet (Cindy Goldsmith) walk in, wide-eyed, a little nervous, and tells me that my dog had a severe allergic reaction to the pain medicine he was given. He swelled up and they had to give him benadryl. When I asked if he was OK, the reply was, "Well, he doesn't look like a Sharpei anymore!" I was absolutely LIVID. I walk out to see my poor swollen little chiweenie and just about lost it. Then I'm paying my over-priced vet bill and the girl at the front, Jennifer, was completely RUDE. I will NEVER take my dogs back to this place. I'm sure there are plenty of other places that aren't as overpriced and offer better customer service and don't treat people as if they are incompetent fools.
Pros: Website, office is very clean
Cons: The veterinarians, the rude office staff, how badly my dog was treated
