Animal Health Care-North Brnch is terrible 9/21/2009

My experience at Animal Health Care was awful, Very unprofessional. I had came there to put my dog to sleep and Dr. Huff was very rude. His bed side manner was not present. And i quote, "okay you ready to say good bye?" How about this, you ask the owner what they would like to do! Not okay no other options put her down. The staff in very unintelligent. You need licensed technicians. So I would never recommend Animal Health Care-North Branch. EVER!!! more

Your pets best friends 11/17/2005

Not only are the Drs wonderful, they also have an exceptional groomer, Shelly. Once when my cats had a reaction to flee meds, Dr Robinette met us at the clinic at 10pm, then went back through out the nigt to check on them. She truely cares about animals!! They are also conscienious of your spending abilities. Never will they try to sell you anything or want you to try something just because it's new. Your pets will thank you for taking the trip to North Branch. PROS: Kind, caring, loving staff. Always ready to help CONS: none more
