Animal Friends Pet Hotel

My Husband and I left our two dogs at the Pet Hotel when we went to get married in Las Vegas. Our fur-kids were nervous at the thought of being left, but they were treated very well and were happy and relaxed when we returned for them. I would definitely use the Pet Hotel again. more

I would recommend the Animal Friends pet hotel for several reasons, the most important being that they genuinely care about your pet and its needs. I boarded my 3 dogs for 5 weeks while on vacation and came back to healthy, happy, and dare i say a little plump! dogs. The staff is so helpful and honest about what they have to offer and I was more than relieved to find out my anxious babies actually enjoyed their stay!!! more

I travel a lot and needed a place to leave 4 pets, 2 dogs and 2 cats. I found the Animal Friends Pet Hotel to be reasonable and the staff was very friendly. My cats loved the skylight and room to play while in the penthouse and the dogs shared a large suite with frozen yogurts and extra play sessions. Even a trip to the massage parlor for some care. They smelled good when I picked them up and were happy. I think they had even put on a little weight while I was gone.\r I would definnetly recommend thi Animal Friends Pet Hotel more

I don't want to be quick to judge and I'd like to try to be as fair as possible. However my experience here was not the best. My dog was boarded here for 10 days in October. Since his return back home, he has become a changed dog. My dog developed an eye infection 5 days into his stay. He was taken to the vet adjacent to the hospital for a check up and some antibiotics via an eye dropper. I was assured by telephone that he was doing well and he is a happy dog. Upon seeing him after the 10 days he had lost weight and was scared and angered at the site of a choke collar which he never was before. His bark is now alternated between a squeaking and a rough hoarseness. The eye dropper of antibiotics I was to administer to him at home was of no use. He would recoil at the site of it and become aggressive and angrily snap and or bite. Something he has NEVER done. He is very skiddish now and impossible to administer medications. Animal Friends Pet Hotel was a great place to leave our cats while we were on vacation. One of our cats was still a kitten and they took special care of him. more

What a great facility. It was recommended by the Human Society of Orange County in Huntington Beach. I was so glad I listened. They kept our 2 feline children safe for us while we went off to Colorado to feed the Giraffes. My cats were happy and healthy when we returned. Very reasonable prices. more

When we told family the cost of the Pet Hotel they said,"What a deal!" and after we picked up our dog after a 15 day trip he was so happy. It's obvious that he was well taken care of and we opted for some of the "extras" like brushing his coat and extra walk time, carpet in his den, etc. My Mom visited him a couple of times and told us that he was very happy. We will always board at this kennel so we can relax and enjoy our travels. more

The last time my whole family went on a trip, I depend on Animal Friends Pet Hotel to take care of my dog since I dont trust any of my friends. Animals Inns is like a human luxury hotel. They took great care of my dog during the two week stay. The price was average. My dog was healthier and happier when I got home. I am very happy with Animal Friends Pet Hotel and will use their service again when I am on trip. more
