Well, I wrote this company a letter explaining my disappointment with the poor service I received, but as I'm sure they won't share that on their 100% positive customer comments page, I'll share my opinion here in the hope that people will take their pets elsewhere. \r

While the doctor and one of the techs were competent and empathetic when I went with my cousin to euthanize his dog (who was dying of cancer and had taken a turn for the worst), we spent most of our time with the laziest, coldest, and most incompetent tech that I can imagine. This woman made snide remarks at us because we didn't call ahead to let them know we were coming (we had called them, but no one answered the phone, even though it was 10pm and no one else was there). She then bumbled around slowly, as if our dog was not bleeding and seizing in front of her. \r

I might have just considered her incompetent up to this point, but when she flipped out at us because our seizing dog's paw whacked her in the face, I knew she was something else. Even after we apologized she became dramatic, as if he deliberately attacked her. \r

I can imagine that no one is going to the animal emergency room in a happy mood. If you go here and are able to avoid this woman (who never introduced her name, so I can't even put a name to a face), I'm sure you'll be alright. If you have to interact with her, don't expect your mood to improve. \r

Therefore, my ""tip"" to this company is to hire people who understand urgency and compassion.
