I had a horrible experience here. My childhood dog had to be put down, and wanted to get her cremated. The secretary ended up filling out the incorrect paperwork & once the procedure was finished, had disposed of her ashes. Yes, they refunded my money & yes, I can understand mistakes. Just feels like careless working in my opinion, I will never go there again. more

All they care about is the money 6/1/2009

I brought in a dying kitten only wanting to end it's suffering- they wanted to run $50 of tests when I clearly stated I wanted the kitten put to sleep immediately to end it's suffering. They started paperwork and moving about without any urgency until I insisted it be put to sleep RIGHT NOW. I cost over $125 to put down an 8 ounce kitten. Unbelievable. Everyone using this clinic has similar horror stories. They know they have you over a barrel because we want to do the right thing and they can charge anything they want because there is no other emergency services available. If there was, this place would lose all of it's business. They need to be exposed. Pros: only thing open in the middle of the night Cons: charge unreasonable amount of money, no compassion more
