Compassionate and experienced vets. 2/1/2012

I recently took my cat to the animal emergency clinic at 5am. My cat was in critical condition and they rushed him in immediately. He was given all of the treatment I expected, and I was treated with compassion and support. I was with the team until past the end of their shift (they close at 8am and I had been there since 5am), and never once did I feel rushed to leave or make a decision too quickly. Unfortunately, my cat did not make it but it was not due to any lack of attention or effort by the staff here. I am forever in their debt for them doing everything they could to help my little guy but it was just his time to go. Pros: null Cons: null more

Cares about Pet, not Money 12/28/2010

Not fancy like some of the other Emergency Animal clinics but the level of care is as good or better. I felt the vet, Dr. Stone, truly cared about my dog. He was very knowledgeable and discussed everything with me. I've been to other emergency clinics where the $$ was more important than the pet. Not here. By the way, my dog is doing great! more
