I went to this emergency clinic when my cat was having trouble breathing. The guy at the front desk made us fill out a form and he put the information into the computer before he even told the doctor we were waiting in the waiting area. By the time the doctor came out my cat had passed away. They might have ""emergency"" in their name but they dont understand the concept. more
