Refused to talk to a patient while my hands are tied to make a critical decission whether to put my cat to sleep or to actually help him survive. Very bussiness like not helping ...

in my years as a trainer i have found only a few vets that are affordable, great diagnostitians, and actually available when you need them. Dr. Chang and her staff are one of those vets. i use them for my boarding and training students as well as my own and have never been disappointed. i also like that they listen to me as a trainer and dont just send them off to me for training and behavior help, when i feel a physical issue is behind the issue:) they are terrific in my book! more

Dr. Tina Chang is one of the MOST caring vet's I've Come across. 9/10/2008

As an owner of K9s Only and founder of New Leash On Life, I've seen many MANY vets in the last 10 years. I've also fired many, many vets. I had just about given up hope that there was a decent vet out there when I came across Dr. Chang and her caring staff at the Animal Clinic of Encino. She's the type of vet who gets down on the floor with your pet, snuggles and talks to them. She truly cares about your animals and is extremely smart. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Chang. You will not be disappointed. Pros: Wonderful VET! Cons: Closed Sunday's. more

Caring and Knowledgeable 12/3/2005

Tina Chang is an excellent Vet and I would recommend her to anyone who loves their pets as I do. I appreciate her bluntness and good humor. She is progressive and keeps up with current practice. more

Nice and knowlegeable Doctor! 1/7/2005

My husband and I recently moved to the Valley area and needed a vet quickly for our 10 year old lab who was having some medical problems. After some research, we set up a last minute app't for our dog and was delighted to meet Dr. Chang. She is very thorough and very knowledgeable. She is patient with the animal as well as the pet owners explaining to you what may be wrong and she'll answer all your questions. We have been to many vets and Dr. Chang is by far one of the best. Pros: Great Doctor, Open 6 days a week, Friendly staff more
