Really great staff, everyone working there is so good with the animals. I've seen all three Vets but our pets have mostly seen Dr. Holt. She is fabulous and loving of our furry friends. I especially like that they have boarding, grooming, exercise area for boarders, and a comforting grieving room that really helped me. Pricing is much more affordable than previous Vets that I have used and the facility itself is so much cleaner, larger, and pet friendly. more

There are lots of vets in San Bernardino, and certainly you need to go where you feel your furry family members will be treated the best. If what you're looking for is cut-rate, low-quality care, then try someplace else. The doctors and staff at ACWC take medicine seriously and treat their animal patients the same way any human hospital would treat theirs. They take the time to explain procedures and estimates in terms you can understand. They're friendly, caring people, who want you to feel safe leaving your pet with them. Dr. Holt spent so much time answering my questions, I'm sure I was keeping her from other patients, but she understood I needed to talk about my kitty and feel comfortable with what was happening. She was always willing to answer my calls, and anytime I came to visit she was always willing to speak to me in person and give me an update. I will take my pets nowhere else after dealing with this caring and patient doctor. Thanks Dr. Holt! more

My puppy had Parvo and the staff were absolutely wonderful and informative. Although the first hospital I went to recommended putting her to sleep, the Doctors at ACWC were very knowledgeable and presented me with my options. I am so glad that I chose to treat Daisy because she is alive and well. Everything about this clinic is professional and courteous. I owe them a great debt of gratitude and will never go anywhere else for pet care. more
