Used these vets for several years with diff. rescue animals of mine..they seemed knowledgable and very caring. However, over the years, I noticed some type of frustration or attitude difference there. I felt I was taking up too much time or being a bother when I brought a third dog to see them. They actually acted as though they were scared to handle a fearful dog because they might get bitten. Aren't they supposed to be trained professionals that can manage/control these situations? They were NOT good with this very scared/shy animal..They said these types can be the most dangerous..might bite ..ok..what about a muzzle, people? They made me feel like they did not want me to come back with my dog. I was stunned...She apparently was handled by a young attendant in the back and she squirmed or jumped out of their arms and she caught her nail on a cage when falling...here she is bleeding when they bring her back to me...they give her to me bleeding , give me a paper towel and report that this dog could be dangerous...They did not attempt to care for her wound or ask about it..I left with an injured dog, who has been completely fine for four years of vet appointments...Other vets have handled her with NO problem. I thought since I went through putting two other dogs down through them and was a regular client, that they would do a lot better than this. I felt they made no effort to work with her or me...apparently they are too busy or unwilling to deal with slight behavioral issues...which have been completely manageable.. I was totally let down by their lack of sensitivity and compassion..Not all dogs are a piece of cake...but isn't that their business?? I was stunned they couldn't handle her...others have..she's been boarded and everything with no issues..I give them a fat F..they broke my heart...and this sweetie has been my best friend for five years now..boy did they misjudge her...She is a joy to own and has NOT ONCE bitten any of my family, friends or visitors..Baffled at how they dismissed us. Shame on them
