Animal Care Centre

I took my two dogs and one cat in for updated checkups, vaccines, and grooming shortly after moving to Frisco several months ago. Obviously I spent lots of money in doing so and everyone seemed caring with my girls at that point. However, two weeks later one of my dogs developed eye irritation, redness, and obvious discomfort. When I called that morning I was told that Dr. Bobo could not see her until the next day, and yes, they did know that I was requesting treatment for an eye issue. I asked for a call-back from Dr. Bobo sometime that day and never received one. I called again a month or so later, left a message advising that I would like to speak with him regarding issues with the facility and of course never received a reply on that message either. Animal "Care" Center personnel are caring as long as long as you are giving them lots of money and not inconveniencing them with your pet's ailments when their calendar is booked. Dr. Bobo and his staff are wonderful. We have been taking our pets there for years. He is very knowledgeable and the service we get from his staff is top notch. more

I TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH THE PREVIOUS POST. \r My lab was very ill and eventually had to be put down. Dr. Bobo and his staff were so nice and concerned. I felt like he really did care about my dog and my family. Not only did he call but also sent a card after we had to have him put her down. I don't think you could find a better Vet than Dr. Bobo. I did go to Dr Markum before I found Dr. Bobo.. Much better vet and a lot better person. more

Dr. Bobo and his staff are extremely friendly, down to earth. Dr. Bobo is very intelligent, understanding and open minded. He and his staff were remarkably attentive and compassionate during the unfortunate losses of two of our furry friends, going out of their way to accommodate our needs as well as the needs of Winston and Rolo. We could not see ourselves taking our loved ones to anyone else. more
