I took my two dogs and one cat in for updated checkups, vaccines, and grooming shortly after moving to Frisco several months ago. Obviously I spent lots of money in doing so and everyone seemed caring with my girls at that point. However, two weeks later one of my dogs developed eye irritation, redness, and obvious discomfort. When I called that morning I was told that Dr. Bobo could not see her until the next day, and yes, they did know that I was requesting treatment for an eye issue. I asked for a call-back from Dr. Bobo sometime that day and never received one. I called again a month or so later, left a message advising that I would like to speak with him regarding issues with the facility and of course never received a reply on that message either. Animal "Care" Center personnel are caring as long as long as you are giving them lots of money and not inconveniencing them with your pet's ailments when their calendar is booked.
