Anh's is a tiny taylor shop... just a couple of employees, but they do great work, and are reasonably priced.
My sister had them to some alterations on a prom dress: only $22
And my husband had the waist taken in on some pants: only $12.
The nice thing is that this is NOT a national chain, they don't really advertise, and they have low overhead. So they're probably 20% cheaper than other taylor shops in town, and the quality of work is excellent.
