There are two Angel's Italian restaurants, both owned by the same person. One is downtown, and the other is in the Park Hotel (behind the Arlington Hotel). We ate at the Park Hotel on a Monday night in July. The parking is on the street, which is dark. The ambiance inside is a little weird. They've replaced most of the light bulbs with blue ones, for a romantic look I guess. It looks like they're trying to be fancy but don't have the class to do it. We chose this restaurant because we'd just purchased a $25 gift certificate online about two days before. The food was good, but the waiter told he they weren't accepting the gift certificates any more. He didn't offer us any other discount, even though we found out later they give 50% off to hospitality workers. I was told that the manager wasn't available. I left my name and number and asked to have the owner contact me the next day, but nobody bothered. I wouldn't eat here again.
Pros: Food was pretty good.
Cons: Crummy service & atmosphere.
