Poor customer service 9/29/2008

I was very disappointed at the service and treatment I received from the Nursing Director and other office staff when I called about my family members care. They were rude and disrespectful to me. I would not use this agency. Pros: Nurse was adequate Cons: Unable to communicate effectively and compassionately more
