They Charged Ridiculously Expensive for delivery

Great Italian Food 4/13/2008

If you've never eaten here before, try to come for the lunch buffet. For $7.95 you can choose your soup, your salad, your pasta, your entree, and your dessert. The eggplant parmagiana and the lasagna are fabulous. The garlic bread melts in your mouth. This will give you an idea of the different foods that are offered here.\r \r It is an experience that you will enjoy. more

The waiter was very nice wish I had his name. The food was pretty good,americanized Italian food but I did enjoy it very much. The soup was good but didn't seem to be homemade. Great flavours and wonderful value for money 11/21/2007

My family have eaten at Angelos and Vinci's many times over the last 18 years and we think that the food is as good as ever and the flavours in the dishes are fantastic. Value for money is assured here. We have never had a problem with the service and find it is still the best overall experience we have in Fullerton. Pros: Flavours. Value for money. Parking. more

Marginal food with TERRIBLE SERVICE 9/18/2007

So the decor is beautiful and A&V came HIGHLY recommended by an old friend. But, apparently, the original owner died a few years ago and the place has gone down hill ever since. While we were seated immediately, the waiter took forever to deliver Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar (something we take for granted at a true Italian place) for the bread that the busboy had dropped off 20 minutes prior. Our anti-pasti of calamari never showed up until long after we had finished eating the bland entrees. The waiter even asked if we still wanted the calamari!! Also, when the entree was served, the server tried to take my half eaten salad (not even asking if I was done) sticking his armpit in my face in the process. Then he shot be a look as if I'd insulted him. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Pros: Great decor. Pizza is supposed to be good... Cons: TERRIBLE SERVICE, all food served on plastic dishes more

If a good meal includes reasonable service, your money is better spent somewhere else 5/6/2007

Despite the somewhat-cozy atmosphere, appealing Italian-paraphernalia, and even the better than average food, we HIGHLY recommend against eating here. Pros: Ambiance Cons: Service and price more

Nothing compares to A&V 1/23/2006

As a long time Fullerton resident, Angelo&Vinci's is a landmark. I have enjoyed countless dinners, banquets and weddings here. The food in never disappointing, though I can say I am completely addicted to the pizza and rarely venture to the pastas. This place has always been so special that it was the first place I went to book my wedding reception. By the end of the meeting with the fantastic banquet staff, I realized it was also the perfect place for a wedding. Our guest enjoyed fabulous food, great drinks and an euphoric atmosphere. Great place for Wedding! 11/4/2005

I had my wedding reception there and it was wonderful! My DJ Dennis played great music, and my host for the evening was nice and not pushy. Food was great and everyone had a good time. They are well organized and if you are trying to plan a wedding on a budget and want something nice and that you remeber forever, go here!!!! PROS: Everything! CONS: Nothing more

Fantastic Food, no matter what your taste 5/18/2005

A & V is an oasis in the desert of mediocre food. The pizza, any pizza (especially "God's Creation; all 7 pounds of it!") is some of the best I've tasted including those from Chicago the year I lived there. The entrees are wonderful for those that want more than just the same Old Italian fare. The seafood dishes are excellent, the Mezzaluna and Papa's favorite are scrumptious. We went there by driving by the area were not planning on go to this restaurant at all. But after we had dined there, we are sure that we WILL go back again in the near futureWe were also VERY surprised about the food and price! An Italian funhouse! 5/5/2004

A really nutty place to eat! No corporate venue can match what just seems to burble out of Steven Peck's mind and kitchen. A must see is the wine cellar/dungeon downstairs (yes, monsters...) You can spend the time that you may wait for service (the servers are consistently inconsistent here) looking around the walls and ceiling of this place, for all the goofy stuff hanging around (many tribute shrines, including Peck's parents, the original A & V). Pizzas are wonderful, salads and anti pasti with a dressing that will make you pucker and cry like a baby it is so good.
