Favorite Italian Ristaurante 12/27/2006

I have been going to this restaurant since my grandmother took me to it over 15 years ago. The restaurant is family-owned and run and the service they offer is like what Julie H. said. You feel like family. They remember their returning customers and take a genuine interest in talking to their customers. Now for the food, I have not tried their pizza, but their pasta is WONDERFUL! My husband and I love going to their restaurant even though we no longer live in Renton. A 5 star review from me!! more

Best pizza Renton Highlands 6/5/2006

Pizza is highly subjective: Chicago natives prefer thick crust, New Yorkers like thinner crust with less cheese and more sauce, some seattleites like thick crust with lots of toppings. That said, in answer to the person looking for renton Highland's best pizza, I've got to say Angelo's on NE 4th. I'm originally from New Jersey, so the crust is everything. Needs to be thin, crisp but also tender, and Angelo's meets that criteria. Plus their sauce is home made and a little spicy. A runner up is Amante on Sunset. more

Renton pizza joint- good service 3/19/2006

I recently stopped in here to get a pizza to-go. I thought the pizza was good, but I still prefer Amante's (see my other review). What I really appreciated was that they offered to bring my pizza out to my car for me, which was nice because I was already holding my kid. The restaurant was crowded but I suppose that's a good sign. I'll definitely be back to try out some of their pasta dishes... more

The best in the Highland's 7/12/2005

This is a family owned and operated italian place. We love going here, the food is excellent and the price is right. All their meals come with salad and garlic bread. The service is the best thing about this place. The minute you walk in you feel like you are part of the family. They always remember you when you come in. very nice place with great ambience. more
