Angela is from Palermo Italy and is an awesome lady! She offers all kinds of authentic Italian items. Things she has: fresh Olives (calamatta,greek,etc) fresh mozzarella, sorpressata, salami, proscuitto, pancetta, pepperoni, fresh ricotta, gouda, mozzarella, gorgonzola, asiago, parm, imported products from Italy including pastas, sauces, candies, cookies, etc. She also offers pizza dough, ravioli and gnocci that she makes weekly that is heavenly. Her hours are 9-4 week days, 9-1 Saturday! THIS PLACE IS AWESOME if you are a foodie!!! more

Authentic Italian 9/12/2004

If you're looking for real, homemade Italian cuisine, go to Angela's. You buy the food pre-cooked, you heat it up in the microwave at home, and you eat! And if you have questions, Angela is there to answer them. The food container, while it looks small, will generally feed two people. Try anything with the spicy sausage, and I've heard the stuffed peppers are to die for. She has a different selection every day (not open on Sundays or Mondays with limited hours on Saturday) - go early or you might miss out. You can grab some pre-packaged food while you're there, too.
