Make sure they don't rush when doing your nails and check for any acrylic hardened on your skin around your nail bed. Their answer was it is dry skin. They also hurt a finger by rubbing the nail file too hard against the tip of a finger, cutting the skin. Ouch! They gave a hard time when asked to fix the problem, and wanted to charge 20.00 to remove them when ask to remove them because they didn't want to fix it at first. This was all on the same day. 2 finger left hurting. They were going to soak the cut finger in acrylic remover, ouch! Left unhappy.
