Do not call one of the big garage door companies--give this garage door company a try. You will not be disappointed! This morning, after hearing an ad on TV for one of the big companies, I checked on the internet to see how it was rated...not good. I then checked to see which company reviews liked and this garage door company came up first with all 5-star ratings. I now know why! My garage door opener has worked only sporadically for quite a while. and since it is turning rainy and cold, I thought this would be a good time to get it fixed. John came out three hours later, and I have honestly never been so impressed with a service person as I was with him. He replaced the metal supports to stabilize the opener, thoroughly lubricated each of the hinges, springs, etc., and made adjustments--then he spent quite a bit of time testing and adjusting it again to make sure that it was working properly. And all of this was done for the service charge plus $4.99 in parts--total less than $100. He told me that the door and the opener were both in great shape, and didn't try to upsell at all. John, a graduate of a top Midwestern university, moved to my town to work with his friend Steven and they love what they do. Do not hesitate to call them. more

Everything was great, from the first phone call we made to ask for an appointment, to the diagnosis and estimate, to the installation, and now we are happily using our new garage door opener. Steven found a crack in our old opener--a pretty serious problem--and we are certainly glad that we have followed others' reviews/recommendations and contacted this garage door company The installation was done on a Sat., and the estimate held true that we didn't pay anything more. Steven is not only honest, but professional and patient, explaining the issues and process thoroughly. A trustworthy contractor! more

I chose to go with this garage door repair company, due to the excellent reviews on the internet, and I am so very glad I did. We have an older home, and wanted to see if we needed new garage doors and needed a garage door opener installed for one of the openings. Weylin came out and told us our doors were in good condition and we could hold off on new doors (saving us a nice amount) but that he would tune them up. He also gave us a good price on the opener and installation. Weylin is a very personable guy, who is also extremely professional and honest. I cannot recommend him enough. I am grateful for the work and the customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! more

I had an issue with my garage door not closing properly all the time. I called Steven and he said he was out of town so he would have one of his workers call me later in the day. Julio later called me and we arranged a meeting where he diagnosed my garage door sensors as the main issue. We then arranged to have the door fixed the next morning. The next morning came and nobody showed up. After some attempts to call Julio, I then called Steven who apologized for the mix up and offered to come later that day. Steven then came later that day and did a complete checkup on my system top to bottom, educating me about the system and potential future issues. He adjusted my motor, springs, lubricated the door, adjusted the door to make sure it was at the right height, etc. He was very patient with my questions and even used my broom to clear the area. When the sensors he had bought did not function correctly, he pulled some used ones from his truck and gave those to me free of charge. Overall he spent quite a bit of time (almost 2 hours) making sure everything was done correctly and only charged a reasonable rate for just the service (parts free). I'm not giving him 5 stars since everything did not go smoothly but 4 stars since he did everything in his power to make sure things were done right before getting paid. more

Excellent same-day service. Cost was about $130 total to replace a broken gear. Very impressed that technician ALSO repaired another part....where door attaches with hinge to pulley. It had been repaired by previous owner in so-so fashion....technician took initiative to fix it up right. Not sure how cost compares to other places but timeliness, service, and professionalism were EXCELLENT. more
