Peter is very friendly and helpful. Fast response when I submitted my request online from the website. He called when he was on the way too. Before Peter, my garage door was noisy and wouldn't always open all the way on the first try. He performed a tune up on my garage door and even gave me some maintenance tips. My garage door opens quietly now and opens on the first try. Highly recommend. Will contact him again if I have any other issues with my garage door. more

the tech took his time inspecting everything on my door 8/16/2014

wow. literally 1 hour ago we called these guys. they gave us a price that was $50 more than the other guy we called (who, incidentally, had one semi-ok review on the internet). the guy showed up, said they had lowered their prices (w/o me asking about it), told me it would be $215 to replace both springs on my door. which was still $15 more than the other guy, but i'll pay $15 for some quality reviews. so now, it's one hour later (exactly), and my garage door is fixed. everything looks good, the repair dude was super cool and super professional, and i can get back into my garage. i'm a fan. more

The office staff was very professional as well as the tech. technician. He was very polite and friendly. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Technician called ahead to tell me when he would arrive and was on time. more

I had a great experience with this garage door company. We had a pretty severe accident with the garage door during the opening process, that is for another post. Steven was helpful in repairing our damaged garage but also gave me tips on how to maintain it. Steven got the job done quick and charged me a great price. I would also like to say that he offers a great interaction during the job. Keep my town Weird! Thanks for your hard work and I hope the business keeps growing! more
