Andys is to big and to focused on the money. Due to an oversight of a family member, a vehicle I owned was impounded. I was not notified until days later when mega storage costs were piled up. They waited the longest possible legal time to notify me of this. As I live some distance away from St Cloud and had a work conflict to get there and retrieve my vehicle I was told they had a solution. I could bring them a signed title to stop the storage costs, but I would still owe the previous bill. Why on earth would anyone sign over the title but still pay them that bill? I had to make the trip there anyway, who is stupid enough to do such a thing. Once I arrived I was treated like a criminal and made to feel like I was the lowest of low. They thought it was impossible that I had insurance and I was continually asked for it even though they had made a copy. I really felt they were condescending and more worried about the almighty buck than they were about customers and thier needs. They are to big. Free enterprise is great it is just to bad that treating people like this is how people make thier money. I won't ever use them for my towing needs. I own alot of vehicles and with three more of my six children soon to be driving I will own more vehicles in the near future. I know who I won't call.
