This deli stands apart from the others because of its miniature size. You won't find much here in the typical scope of most markets. This place is tiny and focuses entirely on its meats, and it does so with an eager passion. You get a ticket and you wait your turn and you will not be disappointed by the quality of their meats. They also showcase some homecooked goods. They have a variety of soup broths and maybe a borsch or two. They might have some deserts on display as well.
This place stands out in my mind from the time that I was a little girl for something completely unrelated to meats, however. The night before Christmas is a day of fasting so most families make a famed mushroom soup. During that season you can come to this deli and buy your own string of the finest dried mushrooms the world over. They will cost you a hefty penny but they are divine!
