Andros Floor Design

Andros wound up saving us a lot of trouble, and money. The other store tried saying we needed to buy way more carpet than we needed, to get more money out of us for carpet and padding. We custom ordered our carpet and it was installed in three weeks. The Installers were polite and very professional. We love our new carpet. Now we are going back for new hardwood floors. I would recommend Andros Floor Design to anyone I know. more

This is a review of the current ownership, not the old business from a few years ago. This business should have gone away a long time ago based on the way it's run today. We went there on a recommendation and they were nice to us, until they took our money and wouldn't give us what we paid for! They lied, wouldn't return calls, we couldn't get anyone on the phone and they were accusatory, disrespectful and very rude to us when we did finally get a hold of someone. The worst part was that they actually wouldn't give us our money back after THEY made a huge mistake and couldn't get us the product they promised us. We tried repeatedly to resolve the issue with them and they treated us abhorently. I would never do business with such shady people again. Be careful!!
