Ever since I hired Andros floor design I couldn't be happier with my house flooring design! I love it they did a wonderful job.

Love my new carpet! 1/3/2012

Glen was an exceptional help in selecting the perfect carpet for my home. It was a difficult decision for me. His extensive knowledge and genuine concern really helped me make a decision. All of his advice was right, from what the color would look like in my lighting to how it would feel underfoot. Andros has a lot of carpet in stock to select from so I got to turn around and get it installed the next day! Our installers were friendly and hard workers. I had one concern about a doorway seam that felt strange under foot. I called about it and he returned the next day to take care of it. Great customer service in my book! The best part is my carpet feels and looks luxurious just like I had hoped for. Thank you Andros. more

Bait and Switch con artists 9/28/2011

I completely agree with the review by Franka117 -- these guys are nice unitl they get your money, and then it is nickel and dime, this is extra, that is a change order, this wasn't included so if you want it, it costs more -- the current owner Rocco Norton should go back to selling used cars -- he has totally ruined the reputation of this long time Santa Barbara business -- The old Andros, owned for decades by Jim Andros was a place you could trust -- the new owner is out to make a quick buck and and dump you the minute he has your credit card number -- I can't see him lasting for very long so let's all help him leave town ASAP by NOT giving him any of your hard earned money! more

Exceptional Service 8/5/2011

From the time I walk into the store, I was greeted by a enthusiatic lady with wonderful taste and a great personality. Her background is in Design and she assisted us in not only providing all of our flooring needs but also provided us with paint & cabinet colors. more
