I have been having my hair cut at Andrew Marke Salon in Macomb for a year now. I LOVE this salon. They are professional and very friendly, always greeted and offered a drink every time I walk through the door. I always walk out of the salon completely pleased with my hair cut and color. I recommend this salon to everyone who asks where I have my hair done. They do a beautiful job with eyebrows and I had the best pedicure ever there! more

Had made my hair and make-up appt there for my wedding day. The owner (? that's who I was told he was) arrived about 5 / 10 min after my appt time, not want to bombard him as he walked in I didn't walk in right behind him... after 45 minutes of not being invited inside we went inside to check what was going on. There were no stylists there, and the seemed to not even care. There were 4 of us that had appt's for hair and I also had make-up. We waited another 20 / 30 min before just leaving to go home and do it ourselves! The salon never apologized, the stylist who was suppose to do my hair and make-up did come to my house almost 3 hours after my appointment time and did my hair and my maid of honor's hair. He did a nice job but I would never recommend such an unprofessional salon! I ended up being over an hour late for my wedding and had to cut my photo sessions down to about 5 minutes! I would rather give them no stars but that's not an option. more

I was recommended by a friend, who seems to get great cuts & highlights at Andrew Marke. I went paid $50.00 for one of the worst cuts I ever got, I actually went today to another salon in the area for highlights and she evened out the cut. It was done according to what I wanted but rather what the stylist thought I should have. Very disappointed and will not return. more

I have been going to this salon for a little over a year now. I have never been disappointed with any aspect of this salon. The stylist I use has always given me great cuts and now we have started to explore color and I could not be happier. For the quality of service they offer, I do not find their prices at all unreasonable. You get what you pay for, and when it comes to your appearance spending a few extra dollars every other month is so worth it. more

This is a great salon if you're looking for stylists who continuously keep up on the newest trends! They do up to date cuts, the most fabulous up-do's I've ever had & use the newest color lines. They have exceptional customer service offering drinks & snacks while you wait for your stylist, along with a huge variety of the newest magazines, great music, TV's with interesting programming, including the "Rock the Runway" show they hosted at the Emerald Ballroom summer '05. They're very involed in the community & take part in and sponsor many charity fashion/hair events. They have great product lines including; Aquage, TIGI, Alfaparf, L'Oreal, Crew, S-Factor, OPI, among others. They have a Facialist, Makeup Artists, (Certified Permenant Makeup artists also) Nail Techs & do full body waxing as well. So, whether you're looking for your best hair color for fall, an updo for your wedding or prom or just an updated cut, you'll be 100% satisfied with this salon! I've personally had my hair done by Kristen & Elizabth & they're both fabulous! more

I've been going to Andrew Marke for the past couple of years. It seems that a lot of new hairstylists come and go. I had my make-up done here for prom and I LOVED it...My hair for prom though, not so much. They are great at eyebrow waxing, pedicures, massages, facials, and dimensional hair coloring. It can be on the pricey side though. A beautiful salon overall. more

I really like the overall look of the salon, as well as the people who work there. I went for an up-do recently, and I left the salon feeling quite satisfied for my money's worth. I was told how much it would be when I made the appointment and that's what I got. I have thick curly hair, and my stylist new exactly how to style it without a problem. I was looking for a new hair salon, closer to home and got a 1/2 a haircut coupon from a friend for referring me so I figured I would try it. It is an upscale salon but I found their prices very high compared to others in the market. I would not go back there. I wasn't really happy with the cut I received, from what I had said I wanted. It also seemed like I was rushed even though they were not busy. more
