I own apartments in several cities and I wish all of them could be managed by Andrea Bunis Management. I can reach someone any time of the day or night and any concern I have is handled by someone who knows what they are doing. Pros: Easy to reach, Friendly, Knowledgeable Cons: Only in New York more

A great property manager for our 40 unit condo 2/16/2006

We were referred to Andrea Bunis Management by both our CPA and attorney. We were impressed during the interview and walk through of our building. They have treated us in a first class manner in every area. Our prior managing agent treated us as an afterthought and second class client (even though units in our building trade in the low seven figures!) and they were not available. Andrea Bunis Management handles our 62 unit condo in NYC and have proven to be capable and responsive managers. They got our elevators running right after more than a few go rounds with the service contractor and they know their numbers on the financials. Would highly recommend this firm without reservation. They are the managing agents for our 282 unit condominium and have worked very hard for the condo buyers with certain issues with the developer.
