Andiamos was a good ""find"". My wife and I had a spontaneous Santa Fe adventure and were recommended to eat at this little restaurant off the beaten path in downtown Santa Fe. The pizza appetizer was mouthwatering and the atmosphere was an old victorian converted home- small, cozy and charming! Our waiter was a character, one we could enjoy and get the ""low down"" on what to order. He was very helpful, fun and memorable. We will definately return to this adorable restaurant- it's worth the wait!\r \r Pros: appetizer, waiter, atmosphere Cons: wait- but well worth it! more

  • Built in 1880, Andiamo's unaltered, mission-style bungalow in the eclectic Rail Yard District of Santa Fe treats diners to a unique Santa Fe experience inspired by Italian cuisine. We have relationships with local growers. We always nurtured a strong connection between the Santa Fe Farmers Market & our kitchen, melding indigenous foods whenever possible, with key Italian imports. There are definitely dishes to take you there, to start: Our crispy polenta is made with Rosemary & a Gorgonzola Sauce. The chicken parmesan is made with a roasted tomato sauce, sauteed spinach, spaghetti & fontina cheese that melts in your mouth. Save room or dessert, Andiamo!
