They have a good product but it is no better than anyone elses. They will say theirs is better and charge you a extra. They have a good sales pitch. Unless you have an odd wind...

They have a good product but it is no better than anyone elses. They will say theirs is better and charge you a extra. They have a good sales pitch. Unless you have an odd window well, you are better off getting standard made grates from other suppliers. They like to bad mouth the competition. more

Great Covers! Worth any wait 11/14/2011

I've ordered covers twice. Once for my home and once for a rental property. The first covers I ordered were this past summer. They called and informed me that there suppliers were back-ordered so it would take longer than usual. When I received the covers they were great! Worth the wait. I ordered covers for my rental property last month. They came out, measured, built, and installed them in just a few weeks! more

waited forever! 8/22/2011

Quality seems good, but I had to wait almost 4 months to get them and that is after 4 phone calls to the company. I was hoping to get them before summer and I got them at the end of summer instead. more

Nordstrom like service, great quality 12/1/2010

I did not have time to babysit a vendor and constantly follow up on delivery. Anderson's rep responded to my email quickly, professionally, and with great knowledge on the first call. I set up the order over the phone - quickly - got the quote, and time frame. Their install team called before they came to measure, followed through, left documentation while I was at work, and was prompt and courteous during the actual install. They made the process easy and pain free...I would use them again and refer to friends. more

Disappointed 5/15/2010

I purchased three window wells covers this past November when we moved in to our new home. During our spring clean-up in the yard I noticed two of the three window well covers had paint peeling up revealing rust beneath. When calling Anderson I was advised that there was a one year limited warranty on the finish, but in order to have it repared I would need bring both covers to their shop in Springville! Pros: Soild Construction Cons: Poor Finish, Rust! more
