If this is the same company that Gold Coast Galleria uses...\r \r Then I'm upset. A guy from this company came to check out my condo for bed bugs and looked thoroughly but couldn't find any; HOWEVER, I had bought a couch (that had been taken home by the first purchaser and brought back because that person didn't like the color). SO since I had bites all over my legs, which happened to have coincided with when I bought this couch from Cost Plus World Market in Lakeview, the exterminator from Anderson came and couldn't find any problem, thinking I might be allergic to SHELLFISH. (I'm not!) A few months later, lo and behold, bed bug larvae, etc., was all over this culprit couch, and I had to throw away the couch, my bed, my artwork, etc. Tell me how you can compensate me for this FIASCO! The [black] guy you sent out didn't see a thing. WHY IS THAT? His little mistake cost me thousands of dollars. more
