Very Happy 10/7/2011

I have been taking my pets to Anderson Inner City Animal Hospital for over 4 yrs now and am as happy with them today as I was after my first visit. the doctor is wonderful and so patient as are the rest of the staff. While taking my 3 dogs to the vet resembles a circus at times at least I know we are all in good hands with people we can trust. They have never tried to push extra procedures or unneeded services and I appreciate that more than I can say. We are customers for life! more

Great Care 10/6/2011

After the service I was provided today I had to give feedback. I received great care while at Anderson Inner City Animal Hospital, the front desk was witty and wonderful, and the Dr. was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and far from pushy! With his help my little dog is getting better and I couldn't be more pleased! I would highly recommend him to everyone! more

Amazing Place 9/15/2011

I recently had an unfortunate emergency that led my dog needing to have his eye surgically removed. From the first visit in the morning, to the specialist, and back for the procedure in the evening, my dog and I were both treated so kindly by the entire staff here. They even stayed late to take care of my dog as soon as possible. Post-op didn't go very smoothly for my dog and the doctor had been so amazing in caring for my dog and keeping me informed. more

There is no better place to take your pets for medical care. This place is the best! I have been bringing my pets here forever. Despite a move to somewhere further away, I still make the drive for our four-legged family members! more

Great Folks 9/12/2011

The folks-the vets, the techs, the folks at the desk...all of them-rock! Our pug has a bad habit of chomping on bees. They get upset, sting her and send her into anaphylactic shock. Luckily, Anderson Inner City was open and we went rushing over there. They recognized the severity of the situation-probably better than we did-and a mob of folks swarmed her. We were there several hours(even after closing-with no pushing us out) and got several phone to check up on how Lily was doing. more

Wonderful Facility 9/9/2011

These guys were great. We needed a new vet asap after moving here and the dog getting sick. They fit me and my dog in within 90 minutes of our call due to some other cancellation. The staff was very friendly and put us at ease. The doctor was very friendly, answered all of my questions and was very gentle with my dog. They let me stay with my dog through the entire procedure. I got a tour of the whole facility and was really impressed with the clean, safe, and calm environment. The prices were good too. more

Great with our Maddie 9/9/2011

We love Anderson Inner City. Always helpful when our jack Russell terrorist, Maddie, gets into trouble-which luckily was decreased with time and training. They are always very understanding and do not make you feel like a ""bad parent"" due to an accidental broken toe or a less then healthy snack. Very reasonable prices and conservative treatment approach. We always feel welcome-even when Maddie acts like the boss in the waiting room area. I highly recommend this clinic. more

I was recommended here by a friend last spring. My first call to this clinic, I was skeptic because I just moved into town from out of state. The receptionist I spoke with eased my fears with her spunky personality and caring tone. She assured me that my little ones would love the Doctors here and boy were they right! more

Grateful I found this place 9/8/2011

I'm grateful that my dog gets better care then my current health care system. I never felt rushed;the doctor was a great listener and made me feel at ease about my dog spraining her spine. The location is very small and it gets busy real quick so get there as early as possible. I had a horrible experience with pet smart and was happy to find an honest and humane vet. I found it and I'm happy now to have a place to bring my dogs. more

Incredibly happy 8/9/2011

Incredibly happy with the service and vet experience here at Anderson. My dog Snipet got hit with a car (or something) and his leg was broken. I rushed him to the Anderson Inner City Animal Hospital and they bolted into action and set his poor little leg and gave me great aftercare advice. So good job for all involved.\r more

Trust 8/9/2011

I want to extend my thanks to the group at Anderson Inner City Animal Hospital for taking such good care of my cat Maynard after his seizure. Still not quite sure what he got into to cause that but the little guy, though only 7 months old has become a permanent member and loved by our household. I trust AICAH completely with the care of him.. more

I've used several vets in town, with mixed results and likewise for pet resorts. I am definitely a permanent client to Anderson Inner City Animal now. The staff is friendly and polite, and they take great care of my little TuTu. more

I brought my dog here last week the doctor and staff seems like they are knowledgeable. Everyone do their utmost to accommodate you and your pets. Staff are friendly and professional as well. I will bring my dog here again. more
