Bought an 07 Honda at a pretty good price recently but almost immediately after pickup, noticed a popping noise coming from the front (left and right). Brought the car in 3 times...

We came to look at used Odyssey's. Sam met us out front and was very helpful, friendly, and insightful. We had looked on line at vehicles. Sam knew exactly which vehicles we were talking about and where they were located. Took it on a test ride. Would come back, if I was in the market for another used car. more

Got appointment easily, quick intake of car, actually reduced level of service since intake saw what I'd done at 84,000 miles, got phone call re one additional recommended service, picked car up at expected time. Good experience. more

I brought the car in to have a noise diagnosed and the oil changed while I waiting. It took about an hour to do so. The service attendant explained the needed repair and the ramifications of not doing it. I felt he was honest and thorough. more

my car was towed into the dealership with what I thought was a gas leak...I didn't want to drive it. Turns out it was a cracked manifold exhaust and other things were found that needed to be replaced. My '02 Civic has 171K on it and I think it's good for at least 50K more! more
