I brought in my Chefs whites and my toque and always remind them not to wash the toque. They are only to dry clean it. When I went to pick up the toque and my items my toque was damaged. I asked for them to replace it which was a cost of 52$. They said that only the owner can make that decision and that he will get back to me. My partner and I spend about 150$ per month at the dry cleaners. After repeated attempts to get the owner to contact us we decided to move to another cleaners. The owner after three months did not contact us at all. I would not go to this cleaners. Its all fine till they damage something then they don't even respond.
Pros: parking
Cons: people look dirty and at times don't really know where the items are when asked
