CAR OWNERS BEWARE!!! 1/31/2011

Took my SUV in for a noise from the front. They said I needed over $3,000 of additional work done above the $400 to fix the front noise. I had just had the vehicle services a couple months prior and none of these problems existed. Some of the items I told them were just fixed yet they said they were incorrectly installed. This was untrue. The prior dealership service manager was a good friend. Also, once I picked up the vehicle it had more problems than it did prior. Oil leaking, power steering not added and now made noise. Their PR Manager is a joke and not to be trusted!! Major scam!!! more

Shop with caution 7/29/2010

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 By sara - Jul 29, 2010 Well Lets see i bought the vehicle Feb 2010. it is now July 29th 2010 the day i took the car off the lot the check engine light came on... and a month ago my car almost blew up... It was covered by the warrenty, but had to fight with them every step of the way. and took 2 weeks to get a rental car.. then a week later car drives hard so i turn the vehicle back in and was told i was crazy and gave the vehicle back to me, and that very night i got my car back, the service engine light went on.. lol turned the vehicle back in all they did was reset the damn thing and service engine light goes back on.... the end result is that they found the problem but wont fix it.. lol I haven't even had the car for a year and had nothing but bs happen... And of course i hear now nothing but horrid stories about this dealership.. You can bet i won't be purchasing my next vehicle from them..? Cons: Worst car purchasing experience more

Shop around 11/29/2006

They made promises that they eventually kept, but not until after consistantly harrassing them once a week for almost three months. \r Now there are problems with the car - we'll see if it'll get fixed or if they sold me a lemon. AND they have my trade in for sale for more than I paid for it a year ago! And of course, they didn't give me near that in the trade in value - buy at your own risk and do all the possible research you can on both the vehicle you are trading and purchasing and make them complete all promises BEFORE signing on the dotted line.
