What a rarity - someone who knows their business and doesn't gouge the customer! I called Anderson Appliance when my oven went on the fritz two days before Thanksgiving. The serviceman (Mr. Anderson, I assume) was at my home within a few hours. I had been told by another company over the phone that the problem was going to cost over $320 to fix (sight unseen - just from the error message on the oven's LED), and that they couldn't schedule me that day anyway. That's when I (thankfully!) called Mr. Anderson. He came over, had me reset the breaker, and tested everything. The oven worked fine! He said the problem may reoccur, and if it does we'll look into repair options. To top it off, when I asked him how much I owed him he said ""I don't charge if I don't fix anything."" Of course, I insisted on paying him for coming out. Hats off to an honest person running a reputable business. I will recommend Anderrson Appliance Service to everyone I know!
