This is NOT Burger King and you CAN'T have it your way. If you want basic Thai food, and don't have to modify it AT ALL, and can live with the occasional ""oops"" even in the standard service, then by all means go here. You will probably be seated anywhere you want; since the place was empty at 1PM lunchtime on Wednesday, we should have gotten a clue. We 6 were seated and ordered our lunch. I was easy - Golden Bags and Crab Rangoon. Not bad, but nothing special. The diner next to me asked for NO peppers on her plate. She got them cooked in with her meal. The diner in front of her ordered a chicken plate, and was served the beef version. (He doesn't eat red meat). His wife ordered the seaweed salad without ""regular"" lettuce, and got a tiny plate of seaweed on a romaine leaf. Almost enough to satisfy her small appetite. The diner next to her, and admittedly a ""nervous new food taster"" decided to try the peanut chicken. She ordered it without the curry. It came with the chicken cooked in curry spices and put her off (again) trying new foods, since when we sent it back, the chef had a fit and said it didn't have curry. They returned the plate unfixed, and the diner ate the white rice and gave the rest to her brother who said it was weird but edible. Since he ordered the sweet and sour chicken and shrimp and it came with 2 pieces of shrimp and 3 of chicken, he was still hungry.
Pros: Good location in downtown Newburyport
Cons: Service, Attention to needs of diners, terrible attitude by Waiter/Manager.
