with how they were able to diagnose my new puppy mill rescued dogs issues without it costing me a arm and leg. The vet even called me on her day off to check on her. But most of all, they were smart and fast and VERY good at what they do. I was referred to them by someone who runs a rescue. I don't want to harp on this but because they hit all the issues in one visit, the cost was amazing. more

David Stehr has been taking care of our 115 lb. Standard Poodle "Riley" for a few years. Riley was a wonderful therapy dog, companion and family member. My wife took Riley everywhere with her and just recently we had to let him go. David did the procedure for us. I cannot thank him enough for how this "very hard time" was handled. I wouldn't say I'm neurotic about my pets, but I am picky. We visited at least 5 vet clinics in the Madison area before finding And Dogs Too, thanks to the fact Dr. Stehr and his staff offered a discount to our rescue for vet work.\r \r By the time I'd finished with my first foster dog's appointment, I knew my own pets would be seeing Dr. Stehr and I've never regretted it. He's always taken the time to listen to me and get to know my dogs, even the crazy one that bit him. Some vets would have held that against the poor dog, but not Dr. Stehr. He made a point of being as non-threatening as possible whenever he met him. \r \r I always feel as though the staff listens to me and respects my choices as someone who researches my pets' conditions. I have found them to be very approachable and understanding. The fact that Dr. Stehr does house calls on occasion can only be considered a benefit. more
