This is the best marina around - They staff go out of their way each day. They don't change staff that often, which is a sign of a good business. Close to the gulf, very fair prices. Lots of service for your money more

Have had my boat stored at Anclote Harbors for 3 years now. The place just keeps getting better. New main dock and the floating dock is very large. Had a 100hour service job done with the service department, the price was right and it was done during the week so i could boat again the following weekend. more

My husband and I have recently moved our boat to this marina after a less than desirable experience at another local marina. We have been extremely impressed with their professionalism and service. It was actually cheaper than our previous marina and they even clean our boat for us every time we use it which the other marina did not. Best of all is their service department. We had family in town earlier this year and our boat would not start so we thought our boating day was over before it began. Thankfully they have mechanics on site on the weekends. They found it was a loose wire which they had fixed in 10 minutes which saved our boating day. They didn't even charge us! Now that's service! more

I stored by boat at Anclote Harbors for just over a year and had to move. The management and procedures are horrible. You have to call and give them 1 hour notice to get your boat in the water, no exceptions. So even on a cloudy Wednesday afternoon, 1 hour wait time to get your boat. You also have to give them a security deposit, which other marina's in the area do not require. I left 3 weeks ago and still have not gotten my security deposit. When I called I got nothing but attitude. However, the biggest issue was the number of times we would call and give the marina an hour notice and show up and our boat was still not in the water. About a dozen times we had to wait and hour and twenty minutes to get out boat. It's horrible...Parking is also bad. It's a small place and parking fill up quickly.. On the good side, the facilities are nice and the dock staff are very polite , but often complain about the management. Bottom line: Would never keep my boat there again!!!!! Moved to the Marina next door and my boat is in the water within 5 minutes and management is great. more
