We stayed for 2 nights over Labor Day weekend and had a great time. We enjoyed Long Sand Beach and when the tide came in we just walked across the street to the pool. Thanks for a great stay. more

Highly recommended 9/22/2010

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for the umpteens time. Nicely redone clean rooms and pretty large too excepts for the bathroom. Super location,beside Barnes&Noble and across the street from Vermonts largest shopping centre the University Mall. Lots of very good and family retaurands nearby. There is even an indoor pool and sauna. 24hr coffee and tea,plus continental breakfast. Super helpfull personell. Highly recommended. Excellent value for the price. more

Hotel is in a convenient location, an easy 8 minute drive from Burlington Airport. It's also located near downtown (4 minutes from Magnolia restaurant). There is a Hannaford grocery store across the street which was very handy and well stocked. Large Barnes & Noble as well as EMS store next to hotel (and a few caches).\r \r The price of this hotel is one of the less expensive ones that i found. We paid $100 a night in August for a standard room. No micro, no fridge, no coffee maker (these would have been nice to have). We had a table with 2 chairs, and a desk. The TV is nice with plenty of channels.\r \r The outside, hallways and rooms are clean and comfortable more

June 30, My wife and I stayed at the Anchorage Inn again, to find great front desk help, very clean room and the most friendly manager. Nice indoor pool and hot tub, 24hr coffee and tea, free breakfast. Location is the very best Vermonts largest shopping mall across the street and next to a very large Barnes & Noble. We spend one weekend a month here, it is the best balance between price and luxury. The building is older, but clean. The staff is most helpful. The hot tub is a nice addition. And it is well situated across from the mall. It is a bare bones kind of place, but if you are looking for economy this is great.? Pros: great price, helpful staff Cons: none really more
