They never fix anything and when they do it's shotty at best. It's best to have professionals come in a fix it for you. Getting them to do anything is worse than pulling eye-teeth...

The other Realty companies are better...go with them. 6/9/2014

They never fix anything and when they do it's shotty at best. It's best to have professionals come in a fix it for you. Getting them to do anything is worse than pulling eye-teeth. I would rather go with IMM or IPM rather than these guys. All their properties are broken down and not worth the rent they charge per month. more

A non-reality management 7/24/2011

Rate it a -1000000!!!! Manager(s) have no idea of what they are managing. Never check the rental properties; charge for services turned off; blamed for freezing pipes; have unrealistic ideas of how to clean up a flooded mess in 30 days; do not communicate between owner and renter; ERGO--wasted time, funds, trust, and will never recommend them as a land/building manager to anyone. more
