The best Thai I have ever had! 3/2/2008

Do not let the outside facade fool you-this place is fantastic. My husband and I heard about this restaurant by word of mouth and boy are we grateful! Once inside, you immediately notice the attention to detail to transform this restaurant into a full dining experience. They offer a number of specials as well as the regular menu. Do not be afraid to try something new because literally everything there is delicious. If you are looking for delicious food in a nice, quiet place then this is the place. Please go and enjoy! Pros: Yummy food-never too crowded Cons: location more

I love Thai 3/22/2007

My Dad turned me on to this place a couple months ago. The food is out of this world. My Dad has learned a little Thai so he can talk to the waitresses there. He's kind of a geek that way. The waitresses are real Thai and so is the chef. The only person that works there who's not Thai married into the family. One waitress teaches Dad a new word every time he goes. They're really cool folks. I love the way the place is decorated with lots of Thai stuff. We just love it! more

Best Thai food east of Raleigh 3/22/2007

My husband and I tried this restaurant for the first time about four months ago. It has quickly become our favorite. The food is authentic Thai, and is the best we've had in eastern NC. The ambiance is great. When you walk in it's like being in Thailand; the decoration, the music and the place is run by a Thai family. The food is wonderful. Phad Thai is my favorite, but I've had several things on the menu and it has all been great. The staff is very friendly, especially Lok. What a sweetie! Service is good. I simply can't say enough good things about this place. It's a little off the beaten path, but if you find it you have founf a gem! Try the homemade coconut ice cream or the Thai custard. Pros: ambience, service, food more

Best Thai Food in Eastern NC 3/22/2007

This is without doubt the best and most authentic Thai food in Eastern NC. The Phad Thai is excellent. Best I've ever had. Drunken Noodle is Great, Crispy Chicken Noodle, Crispy Chicken Basil, Duck Curry, Mango Curry,Saeng Thai Phad Thai, all very good. In fact, I have tried about 11 different menu items so far and have yet to be disappointed. The atmosphere is wonderful. The service is great. The staff is very friendly. The place is run by a very nice Thai family. This has quickly become my favorite restaurant in Greenville. I give it a 10 for food, service and atmosphere! I'm not sure what time doubletwist was there, but I have never been served slowly there. Service has always been fast and friendly. Pros: Thumbs up across the board! more

Fabtabulous cuisine and ambience 2/6/2007

We searched for a change of scenery, as we were sick of the standard steak and seafood places. We thought, maybe Chinese cuisine. We looked in a phone book and came across this wonderful Thai restaurant listing. From the outside it looks like it doesn't belong in an outside entrance mall. This place was GREAT! The scenery changes to exquisite. It's like you enter Thailand when you go in. Many items are for sale there, made in Thailand souveneirs. The Food is definitely OUTstanding, the ambience, the presentation and music too! This restaurant is Awesome with a capital ""A+"" and is worth a look-see, make sure you go there hungry. The downside if any, is the slowness of service which keeps it from gaining a ""10"" with us. Pros: Parking, Excellent food, Ambience Cons: Slow service, need more help more
