Anaya Tile & Marble

I own a small investment company that requires us to purchase a lot of flooring. I have used many tile companies and none of them compare to the customer service and dedication that this store to its customers. It has not mattered if I need help finding on individual tile or if I am remodeling an entire house. No matter what my needs are they are met and with a smile. It is a tell tell sign to me when someone immediately greats me the minute I walk in and try to help me with whatever my needs are. I do not write many reviews and when I do it is because I have been blown away with the customer service and in my case complete satisfaction that has been provided to me. I will and have continued to do business with this store. more

I have worked with many tile companies that claim to offer the best prices and good customer service but I must say, this company goes above and beyond my expectations.....The service was incredible. They worked with me to find the best quality tile and floorings and even adjusted the prices so that it would fit my budget. I recieved callbacks and a follow up courtesy call after my purchase. I would highly reccomend them as a 5 star ranking in my book.... :) !!! more

Some good...some...not so good. Positives: 1. Good Price 2. Good Installers (Very Patient) 3. Allowed us to place the templates where we wanted on the slabs. Negatives: Unfortunately, I dealt with a manager who was in the process of losing her father so I'm sure that was a part of it, however... 1. As soon as we paid for our granite, we initially felt we were rushed and eventually treated like a nuisance concerning our phone calls, questions and a change of mind regarding the sink we wanted, and eventually we were chastised for ""holding up production"". 2. After the granite was installed, we noticed a cloudy streak beginning at where they cut the sink and ran about 6 inches. We told her about it, and she sent her installers back out who informed us that this was resin, was in the stone, and there was nothing they could do about it, which was true. Upon further research on my own, I read that indeed it is a resin fill , and that is done when the stone is being sliced upon initial fabrication. We accepted that no one was at fault and we were probably just stuck with a streak in our granite that was not noticeable when the slabs were in an upright position at the slab yard. When we went to pay our final balance, my husband began to tell her about what our research had found, and she told us ""if you're going to be mad at someone about the resin, be mad at God. He made the stone"". a. We weren't mad. We were trying to find out the cause of this to see if it could be corrected. b. God didn't slice the stone and fill the cracks with resin, so I found her comment to be less than knowledgeable. Even though we were not blaming Anaya for this blemish, it appeared rather, she was attempting to distance herself at all costs from it, even if what she was saying was not accurate. That I did not appreciate. 12 / 21 / 11 Update: Our work was done the first week of November 2011, and I initially wrote this review on Nov 9th, 2011. Upon her discovery of this review Laura contacted us (12/21/11) apologizing for any lack of customer service that may have happened. She did however insist that the resin we see was indeed in the stone before any fabrication, and therefore an act of God which I have yet to understand. For that reason alone, I would not return to this merchant, but I appreciate her apology for herding us along like cattle. more
