The lobster roll was delicious, as was the crab mac and cheese. Definitely give those items a try!

Don't Get Taken 12/20/2009

I just bought a 10 lb. box of calamari for my Christmas Eve feast of 7 fishes. I said I wanted to buy the bodies separate from the tentacles--because I don't want a lot of tentacles. The guy kept saying, ""They're in there."" ""They're in there."" Foolishly, I thought the balance would be no more than one for one. Big JOKE! There were 60 bodies of all different sizes--I had asked for small ones--and a quart size bag stuffed with tentacles--well over 60--and the entrails still attached. Anastasi's version of cleaned, small, calamari! I'll buy from the Chinese guy in the future. Anastasi charged $5 lb. for cleaned calamari, and I threw away 2 lbs. of entrails. My husband and I stopped in for a late Saturday lunch. The food was great! The accompanying vegetables were great, too. The waitress couldn't have been nicer. We will definitely return. Pros: fresh food, courteous service, nice choices more

Far from average, as indicated editorially. You can't get fresher or better prepared seafood anywhere else. Great, friendly, prompt service. Dollar for dollar, a ""Best Buy."" My rating is a 10 (I couldn't enter a numerical rating). Pros: Food pre, Food freshness, Service Cons: Too small! more

WORTH THE TRIP! 9/3/2002

I live in NJ, but Anastasi's is worth the trip. The fish is so fresh and they cook it any way I like. Whether I'm in a healthy steamed mood or a fried frame of mind they always do it just right! Each time I go I find a new favorite! Pros: Good Parking, Great Service more
