Dr. Neal did my refractive surgery back in December. He took his time and was very informative about the surgery. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable before the surgery. The staff was very warm and welcoming for every visit. I waited no longer than 5 minutes every time. The day of the surgery he was very warm and talked me through the whole surgery. I now see 2 lines better than 20/20 leaving me with 20/10 vision. I recommend this office to all my friends and family. :) more

I love Anaheim Eye! My family and I have been patients for many years. Recently my dad was informed it was time for cataract surgery. After his consultation with Dr. Neal, my dad was scheduled for his surgery. Dr. Neal, and his staff were exceptional in making every aspect of his surgery understandable. My dad was nervous at first, but after his first eye surgery was done, he was so happy to be seeing with no glasses (thanks to the Restor lens and a skilled surgeon) he was eager to have his second eye done! I had Lasik surgery at Anaheim Eye just over a year ago and my experience was wonderful. Dr. Neal and his staff did not overlook any detail of my surgery. He is extremely thorough and patient with his exams. Any questions I had about the procedure were answered and I felt very comfortable moving forward with it. I have already recommended him to a few friends, as I am extremely pleased with the results of my procedure. No more contacts, no more glasses, just perfect vision! more

So after reading a post about the employee complaint and the long wait I went to my appointment for 4 O'Clock today. My friend just Carol Lowe just loves Dr. Nil and had Cataract Surgery there and swears by him. She was thrilled to be able to see again. I got signed in at 3:50pm and at 4pm they called me back and another very sweet young Dr. examined and tested my eyes before the final visit by Dr. Nil (Short for a very long name). No wait for anything over 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and very professional. They answered everyone of my questions. Dr. Nil did not act like he had to run to his next patient but rather took his time with me in a very warm and professional manner. It turns out I have a cataract in my right eye that I have let go to long but I can still have the surgery. Why did I wait so long is the question! Don't wait and go now. If I had based my visit on the one review I probably would not have gone. So I'm writing this to tell you that I thought they were all wonderful. But then I went there with a smile on my face. Just don't be a grump! You know what they say never piss off your doctor or your waitress! hahahahaha more

I dont do reviews but I had to drop my 2-cents on this place. You get there everyone is just on the edge of having a really bad day.You ask a ? and it's like you stop there whole world. But the big double booking thing going on there is just no good. First visit 1 hour 34 mins ok It was my first time there so had to give them a chance.\r Visit # 2 after 1 hour and 22 mins I ask whats going on? Sorry I cant tell you when the doc will be able to take you just have a seat and be patient.....I walked out! Pros: just cant find one Cons: you can wait there for a long time more
