Irresponsible, non-responsive, revolving gate broke after 18 months! 11/11/2008

Our condo developer bought a revolving gate from Anagnos Door for the condo parking lot. After 18 months from the installation it broke down. Warranty is only 12 months. I faxed their Letter of Engagement to schedule a repair, after sending 2 emails to Nicole at the service department and leaving 2 voice mails, I'm yet to hear from them regarding a service date. more
