I am quite angry as a matter of fact... I feel like I was scammed here. I was told after a diagnosis no battery problem, all was well. When I walked back to get my car the mechanic was removing my battery. Then I was told he made a mistake and the battery really wasn't good. So the new one went in. Half a block lateer at Walgreens the car would not start again...apparently the "new battery" wasn't even the problem, but I was sold one anyway. I am caring for an elderly parent and it is vital the car runs. In Seattle several times I was stuck and had to wait for the car problem to resolve itself to the point of starting again. Furious!! And I was not given my old battery back...to have checked out to see if it really did need to be replaced.
