I highly recommend this place. Is affordable, quiet and clean. Also they know what they are doing. I always get my hair done there and have never had a problem with them doing it wrong (cut, color, and style). They also provide other services too. I really love this place! :) more

Earlier this evening I decided I wanted a new look for my new year. after a relationship gone wrong, I needed.a boost of confidence.... thank god I found this salon!! I walked in and (by the way.. they accept us walk in people!!) Got serviced right away. I'm a natural blonde and wanted a nice drastic but not too outrageous change. I decided to get a medium length hair style with hilights and lowlights that complimented my personal appearance and to have a noticeable change that I could keep up with at home. the woman that serviced.me was so understanding and informative. fortunately.. she made me feel beautiful again! Everything compliments my face and me! I have never found anyone to cut my hair how I wanted it, and it was my first time coloring it too. I feel so happy I can't stop smiling!! She styled it for me too, to make my layers pop. you can count on me as a regular!!! And also, it seems so upscale and neutral. they offered me everything. I love you guys!!! My experience at amys hair salon was wonderful. The people were wonderful. I was scared about cutting my hair from long to short but with the information n insite they gave me made thimgs much easier! I walked out with the exact hair cut I choose and wanted. I recommend all my friends and family to have a visit at Amys. more

Good: One day I woke up and wanted a total image change. My aunt told me to try this salon b/c they're schedule is flexible. I'm very picky so those of you that are Listen! My natural hair color is Black and about mid back lenght. The color on my hair is so PRETTY:) My hair color now is a Rubi red with no uneven color line through out my hair! My haircut is long layered and in the letter V hair line. My hair is exactly the way I wanted it to be. So Amy's Definity count me to come back!. Bad: I did not like that I couldn't find anything not to like. Hehe:). Other: Price is fair.. more

I am very dissatisfied with my experience here. I asked the stylist for very light layering around my face only and for my long length to be maintained. The stylist ended up layering all over (the only way some know how to do). The difference between my shortest and longest layer is over seven inches with tons of layering in between! I am sad to say that I will probably end up cutting it short in an attempt at damage control. Needless to say, I will never return here for another cut. more

I'm very particular about my hair and stylists so if you are like that too then you may not want to frequent Amy's Hair Stylist Salon. I told the girl cutting my hair I just wanted a half of an inch cut off and she ended up cutting more like 3 inches off without my consent. I left very upset and disappointed and never went back. The salon is ok and the location is ok and maybe the other sylists are ok. But I wasn't impressed. more
