So when I first went into the door, there was no one at the front desk. After about 5 minutes, finally a lady came out from the back. I went there to ask a few questions and the lady said we are closed. I checked my watch and it was 4p and then I looked at the business hours...it closes at 5p! She outright lied and didn't want to help! Terrible! more

I went here and had the 5 hour package deal which included a facial, 1-hour massage, body scrub, manicure and pedicure. The facial and the massage were great. The body scrub does nothing for me and I think it's a waste of time. The manicure and pedicure are highly overpriced and it was the worst I've ever had. The lady who did it put stickers instead of art on my nails because she didn't know how. By the time I got home, the stickers were peeling off. I asked for her to put the rhinestones in the middle of the flowered sticker and she put a huge one on one side and a small one on the other. DO NOT get a manicure or pedicure from them, totally not worth it. The facial is actually the best that I've had so far. I walked away feeling like they actually did something to my face. more

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms, although somewhat minimal, are cozy and relaxing. Tip of the day = after your treatment is over, ask for the tea (instead of just water) because it's excellent. more

The spa is cluttered, and it made me a little claustrophobic. I believe they specialize in scamming people. They have been given awards for being excellent, but they were quite the contrary. I was given the wrong treatment, and overcharged (but Nicole Santiago, the manager) denies all of this even after her pleasant receptionist owned up to the mtake that I was given the wrong treatment. I was not given an apology. I would recommend this spa to anyone...only if they want to feel cheated. more
