This place is awful. While a majority of the employees that work here are kind and try to do their best to do the job right, they are fought at every turn by the owner, Ted. This man should not be running a business. His business practices concerning the treatment of his employees often crosses into the illegal. Stay away one and all. more

AWFUL service 1/16/2012

We booked Ampa Events about six month's in advance of our son's Bar Mitzvah. As we entered the party, about an hour before the start time, we discovered that the company decided to send completely different decorations than those we ordered. The on-site planner was fabulous, but didn't know that the company didn't even own the equipment that was sold to us months before. The owner of the company refused to answer any of our phone calls or emails then overcharged us! more

Cyril and his team were excellent, friendly and fun to have during the set up, which is always a ?nervous? time for all, anticipating the arrivals, hoping the event is as successful as it was. more

Excellent production company - Great Partners! 8/13/2010

Ampa has been great to work with it. They supported the production with great design ideas and even greater production. Their sets, props and lighting were fabulous. We received a lot of compliments. We look forward to working with them on our next event in December. more

Good Company 8/3/2010

Excellent production! The room looked completely changed when I stepped in at 5:00pm, Wow. The Hilton ballroom is a great place to start with, but this was something else all together - WOW! Crew was well mannered and very professional. Pros: Detail and quality more

Complete Event 8/3/2010

Thanks! Everything was a complete success! I really appreciate your help, patience, and professionalism through the entire Prom Process! The kids were thrilled, the faculty was impressed, and everything went so smoothly I was more relaxed than I have ever been during the event! all around just bad 8/28/2008

WAY overpriced, especially for the quality of equipment and service. I called because they were over two hours late for my event and the man I spoke to on the phone was extremely argumentative and rude. Turns out, that person was the owner. Pros: no pros Cons: bad service, bad equipment, bad prices more
