The owner and other stylists of this salon used to work at a Salon called Traebins which is almost right next door. I've been to Nazhia and Jen when they worked at Traebins. Nazhia always did what she wanted to my hair. She didn't listen to the concerns I had with my hair. Jen gave me a horrible haircut that grew out, not down. It was the worst haircut of my life. A month after that haircut I went to another salon. The styist told me it would technically pass the board, but who in their right mind would want to walk around like that. more

Ive been to a few hairsalons before, and at all of them I have always felt the aura of snobish, sort of rude hairstylist, but at Amouras all of their staff was extremely nice and offered me magazines and something to drink a few times while I was getting my hair styled. What I really love about this place is that when you tell them what you want done to your hair they actually listen to you and dont cut more than they are supposed to, which has happened to me way to many times before! They also give you advice on what could be done to your hair to make it look even more nice, if you are to ever get your hair done again at the salon. If you are looking for a new salon to go to or if this is your first time trying to find one, Amouras is definitely the place to go! They will have you hooked from the first visit!! I LOVE MY HAIR!!!! This was the first time I went to this salon, its a new salon in oregon on navarre. When i walked in the receptionist was very friendly and even talked with me about different styles even though I could tell she was busy. She got me something to drink and I was shocked and even gave me a snack. I was a walk -in so I had to wait, but she let me tan for free and apologized about the wait. They were so friendly. I cut my hair and Naziha (the stylist that cut my hair) recommended highlights. I am so happy I did!! She cut my hair so cute and gave it body again. Even the way she cut it was perfect and made my hair lay the way i wanted it too. I love this salon!!! I highly suggest this salon. more
